Most of the people think that building physique is just going to gym, but there is a lot more going on. Actually it’s very simple, If something is easy and a lot of people can do it, than you can’t expect high reward from learning it. For picking up a right skill for yourself you should also know yourself really well. When you are obsessed with something you are much more likely to be good at it. You need to be master of one thing, pick up a niche, start with basics and scale to the higher end of knowledge for that niche, go further, pick a one tiny sort of field that you can really specialise for and never stop learning.

Focus is the number one thing when it comes to learning some skill, if you don’t have your eyes on the prize all the time how do you think you can achieve that? Second most important thing is to never follow shiny objects. Every time when you try to learn some skill that can change your life, you will see some get rich quick scheme on the internet and forget about your goal. Somebody that is selling you his lottery ticket cannot help you became better version of yourself and gain confidence. Money can boost confidence but you need to earn it and you need to build a person that can make money. That is the whole point of learning a high value skill instead of some get rich quick scheme. If you picked up a niche that you like and started learning about it, reading books about it, taking courses, found mentor don’t let some shinny object come into your way and focus on that 100%. Once your goal is clearly visible just pursue it until you make it.
Make sure that skill you will learn isn’t easy to learn. If the skill is easy to learn that means a lot of people can learn it. The more people know something the competiton is bigger. Try to specialise in specific area. Let’s say you want to learn about finance, you can’t learn basics and expect high rewards from it. Go further, explore deeper, learn specific area in field you choose and be really good in tnat certain area.

Why would we say performance? Everything we do is kind of performance. When you go to gym look at that as a performance, do your best every time. You work on some project doesn’t matter how important it is always give your maximum output. That’s why we can say everything we do is kind of performance.
How is positive thought making a difference in performance? Just ask yourself simple question, am i going to do something better if i have positive mindset and couraging myself that i can do it? Answer is apsolutely Yes! The moment you change your flow of thougts and start thinking like a winner is the moment you will start winning. It really is simple like that.
Now when you know that your thoughts are so powerfull don’t end things there. Make a habit, for example small victory i like to do every day is cold shower. Tell yourself that you can do it, you are capable to do what you want, you are not slave of your mind. Don’t overthink it. Telling yourself you can do small things will lead to doing bigger things over time. Start small and repeat.

You can achieve more than you think. Never underestimate the power of your mind. You are capable of great things, if you can see it clearly in your head, than yes it’s possible.

You probably think why would i fail?
Well failure is one of the best learning forms. Being affraid of faillure is same as being affraid to grow. Hard times represent period of life when we learn, improve and do things better. Reading is first step, when you learn but if you don’t try you will never know what are you capable of doing. Go out,try, fail, try again. It’s very simple process yet a lot of people are scared of doing it that way. There is no such a thing as a perfect timing, you are never 100% ready. There is always something you can get better at.

The more you fail the better you will be when you try next time. The better you are in the thing you are doing you will do it with more confidence. When you stop being scared of failure next step is success. Don’t let them discourage you from trying. Your brain is special and every human is unique, just do something you always wanted but you were so affraid. They can’t see what God put in your head. Only bad failure is failure of not trying.

Don’t forget about positive thougts. When you are not affraid to fail you can achieve it easier but you still need to aproach it from positive mindset. Don’t just try to fail, every time you go out to do it tell yourself you will do it. Failure is not something we are supposed to chase, we just need to know that failure is something we are not supposed to be running from. Accept the failure if it comes to it, but every time you try, try to win. Repeat the process over long period of time and your confidence will skyrocket.
